Process

If, after speaking to us you feel that you and your company may
be able to benefit from having cleaner, more hygienic IT and office
equipment and determining that you want to undertake our service
then this is the pattern that we will follow.
Contact
Us -
Use
the details given on the contact us page to either phone or e-mail
us. We can then have a quick, informal chat to discuss your needs
and answer any questions or concerns that you may have about using
our services.
Meeting
-
We will come to you and give a demonstration of our service and
have a more in depth discussion about your specific needs and requirements,
and to carry out an brief assessment of the equipment and environment.
Every customer is different and we recognise this fact.
Quote
-
If everything is to your satisfaction and you are happy to go ahead,
then we will send you a quote. Work can be carried out either in
or out of your normal office/working hours and also at weekends
and bank holidays if that is more convenient.
Price
-
We charge per unit for our cleaning services. This obviously depends
upon which clean your having done. We do not charge a minimum fee
for our smaller customers and we have no call out charges. There
is a standard guide price per unit, but this can fluctuate depending
on factors such as the number of units to be cleaned (volume discounts
may be available), the type of equipment being cleaned, and when
the equipment is to be cleaned (in or out of office hours). As mentioned
before, every customer is unique in their requirements.
